Welcome to Word Maze Quiz , developed and operated by G-Black Studio . By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for general audiences. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
- If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
- Your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install the App on your personal mobile device.
- Access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or commercially exploit the App in any way.
All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, characters, artwork, animations, sounds, music, code, and game mechanics — is the exclusive property of G-Black Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App is free to download and play. To support the App, we display third-party advertisements provided by our advertising partners. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Ads may appear during gameplay, between levels, or in other areas of the App.
- Our advertising partners may use cookies, device identifiers, or similar technologies to serve relevant ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of our advertising partners.
- Ad content is subject to the advertiser's terms and conditions.
We may introduce account registration features (e.g., sign-in via email) in future updates. If and when such features become available:
- You will be required to provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Additional terms may apply at that time and will be communicated to you within the App.
When using the App, you agree NOT to:

- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- The results of using the App will meet your expectations.
- Any defects in the App will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G-Black Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Algeria.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how G-Black Studio ("we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with Word Maze Quiz ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

- Account creation will be optional — the core gameplay will remain accessible without registration.
- Collected email addresses will be used solely for account-related communications.
- You will have the right to delete your account and associated data upon request.
The App requires internet access in order to load advertisements, analytics services, and online game content.
The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions such as contacts, camera, microphone, or location.
We retain technical and gameplay data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

We take children's privacy seriously.
